    I got this virus from facebook… your directions helped greatly with removing it… all is well and I am back up and running with 3 different virus protection pieces of software…

    Along with this bug are ld16.exe and pp14.exe

    I have had little luck with scans from McAfee or Windows update patches so far. Will keep trying.

    I get a pop up advertising “Security System” antivirus software and a video chat window with content I do NOT want. I don’t know if these three files are behind those problems or not.

    I got infected from an email supposedly from a Facebook friend that had a link in the email. A similar link also appeared on the friend’s account and then on mine.
